The professions and jobs that will lead the labor market in Spain this 2022, according to LinkedIn
The beginning of a year means for many the starting point of a change on a personal and professional level. And this one may be more than ever. As the social network has been able to verify, almost 6 out of 10 spaniards (58%) are considering changing jobs in 2022.
Everything brought in labor material by the pandemic seems to have led to a change in the priorities of Spanish professionals.
The largest professional social network in the world has detected in one of its studies provided in a press release that professionals in our country are looking for new roles in which to have a greater balance between their personal and professional life (34%), a better salary (33%) and new opportunities for growth at work (25%).
And all this in a scenario in which the labor market is transforming at a dizzying speed. The acceleration experienced by digitalization with COVID-19 adds to the boom in hybrid work and to a greater or lesser extent all sectors have had to adapt to the new context.
Hence, many of the professionals who think about changing jobs, redirecting their professional career or starting their future work can think about what the future of work will be and where to move.
For all of them, the 2022 edition of LinkedIn’s Booming Jobs ranking reveals the 20 most booming professions in our country.
For this year’s ranking, the platform has analyzed its data to calculate the positions with the highest increase from January 2017 to July 2021. The requirement is that the professions have sustained growth and have experienced a considerable increase in 2021.
The main locations have been classified according to the regions or cities where the highest percentage of workers have been hired in the past year. Internships, volunteer positions, positions in office and student scholarships have been excluded.
